Rich and satisfying smoothie, enriched with avocado and apple will give you a dose of energy at any time of the day !
Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup ice
1 tablespoon agave nectar
Directions:
1. Cut avocado in half; remove pit and discard. With spoon, scoop out avocado flesh from both halves. Place avocado in blender; discard peel.
2. Add remaining ingredients to blender. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
