orange and carrot smoothie recipe
Baby-cut carrots and a fresh orange are the perfect combination to start the day.

Ingredients:

1  cup fat-free (skim) milk
1 cup ready-to-eat baby-cut carrots
1 orange or 2 clementines, peeled and quartered
1 pouch (7.6 oz) Yoplait® Smoothie triple berry

Directions: 

1.  In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, stopping to scrape sides as necessary, until smooth.

2.  Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
