Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas, peeled and halved
2 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
300ml (10fl oz) nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp sugar
400ml (15fl oz) organic soy milk

Directions:

Put all the ingredients in your Ninja blender and purée for 1 minute.
