BANANA SHAKE Ninja blender recipe:



3 ripe bananas, 2 cups  milk, 2 tablespoons  oat flakes, 1 teaspoon of cocoa,  few drops of squeezed lemon juice, 1 tablespoon  ground flax seeds, half a teaspoon  vanilla extract

Preparation of banana shake ninja blender recipe:

Peel the bananas, then cut them into thin slices. Put them into the blender pitcher along with oat flakes and pour the milk on top. Pulse 3- 4 times until the oat flakes are chopped to your liking. Add all the remaining ingredients: cocoa, lemon juice, flax seeds and vanilla extract, and pulse again very briefly. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk . Distribute the shake into cups, the amount should be sufficient for 4 servings. A summer version of this recipe would include crushed ice, which is no difficult task for the ninja blender!  Easy preparation and the abundance of healthy ingredients are a guarantee of a perfect way to start a successful day.
