1 package frozen, unsweetened strawberries (10 ounces), thawed
1 cup plain soymilk
1 small ripe banana, sliced and peeled
1/4 cup honey
1 package silken soft tofu (12 ounces), drained
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
Pinch of salt
1. In your Ninja blender, puree berries until smooth. Remove, and clean blender.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in your Ninja blender.
3. Puree until smooth and fine mixed, scraping down sides with spatula as necessary.
4. Divide among cups (glasses) and spoon strawberry puree on one side of each cup (glass). Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
