Banana, blueberries and a vanilla yogurt whip up into a dairy-free Ninja smoothie recipe in only few minutes.
Ingredients:
1 ripe medium banana
3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup skim milk
pinch of cinnamon (if desired)
1/2 cup of crushed ice
Directions:
