Ingredients:
2 cups chilled fresh or frozen blueberries, slightly thawed
1 cup chilled pineapple-orange juice, or pineapple-orange-strawberry juice
1 8-ounce carton vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
