We all know how rich carrot is with vitamin B so I decide to present you Carrot smoothie mixed with Orange and Pineapple. It’s tasty and full of necessarily vitamins.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple or canned pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/2 banana

Directions:

  • Place the pineapple, ice, orange juice, carrot, and banana in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
