We all know how rich carrot is with vitamin B so I decide to present you Carrot smoothie mixed with Orange and Pineapple. It’s tasty and full of necessarily vitamins.
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple or canned pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 banana
- Place the pineapple, ice, orange juice, carrot, and banana in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
