    Carrot and Zucchini Smoothie recipe
    This is healthy, quick and delicious Ninja smoothie recipe!

    Ingredients:

    1 zucchini – peeled, grated, and chopped
    1 carrot – peeled, grated, and chopped
    1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    2 tablespoons rolled oats
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 tablespoon flax seeds

    Directions:

    Mix zucchini, carrot, yogurt, milk, oats, honey, and flax seeds in your Ninja blender until smooth.
