    Chia Seeds and Coffee Pudding recipe
    Perfect mid-day snack or dessert with coffee flavor will surely delight you. Flavor options are endless and it is super healthy, packed with nutrients !

    Ingredients:

    4 tbsp Chia Seeds
    1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
    1/4 cup freshly brewed strong coffee or espresso
    1 scoop natural SFH protein {use code LEXI for 10% off all products}
    1 tbsp pure maple syrup (more to taste)
    3 tbsp cacao nibs or chopped Enjoy Life’s chocolate chips
    Additional cacao nibs/chocolate chips for garnish

    Directions:

    1. Combine all ingredients (except for the chocolate chips/cacao nibs) in a bowl and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes

    2. Transfer mixture in your Ninja blender on high-speed, add in 1/2 the cacao nibs/chopped chocolate, and blend until smooth

    3. Add in additional cacao nibs or chopped chocolate chips

    4. Garnish as desired and serve
