And here is one of my all- time favourite ninja blader recipes to complete your menu, with useful proteins found in these low- fat, low- calorie, but full of flavour, delicious chicken dumplings you are absolutely sure to love!


200 g chicken breast
120 g zucchini
1 onion
2 tablespoons bread crums
1 tablespoon olive oil


Peel the zucchini, cut it into thick strips, then leave it on a kitchen towel  to dry. When the excess water is removed, put the strips into the pitcher together with chopped onion and pulse for a few seconds. Remove the contents from the pitcher, then put in the meat cut into large chunks . When the meat is ground, mix it together with the zucchini, add olive oil and salt. Shape the dumplings, then flatten them with your palm. If you have children, as I do, you can use different moulds for baking cookies to create various shapes to their liking. Place them onto an oil sprayed tin and bake for 10 minutes at 180 º C, then turn upside down and bake for additional 5 minutes.
