Here’s another refreshing smoothie that you can drink at any time of the day. An excellent combination of cinnamon and blackberry.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups frozen blackberries
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
