4 ripe bananas
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 -1/2 cup agave nectar, depending on desired sweetness
Shredded coconut for topping
1. In a high-quality blender (of course, I always use my Ninja blender), add all of the ingredients. Blend it on high until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour the mixture into a glass container and store in the freezer.
3. When it is ready to serve, scoop into a bowl, top with shredded coconut and serve immediately.
