I personally love the blueberry. A lot of times I eat in the restaurant, and as a dessert, often ordering sorbet if they have it. This time I decided to make my own blueberry sorbet for me and my friends! I hope you’ll enjoy it!
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups frozen blueberries, slightly thawed
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup unsweetened almond, soy or coconut milk
1/4 -1/2 cup agave nectar, depending on desired sweetness
Directions:
1. In your Ninja blender, add all of the ingredients. Blend it on high until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour the mixture into a glass container and store in the freezer.
3. When ready to serve, scoop into a bowl and serve immediately.
