Another in a series of beautiful chia pudding. And believe me, this is the best. If you eat it for breakfast, you will be high all morning and you will not even think of coffee or black tea. With a couple of pieces of fruit, you are calm until a later lunch.

2.5 oz almond milk
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 small banana
1.5 tablespoon of raw cocoa powder
4 tablespoons of chia seeds
1. Cold almond milk and a spoonful of coconut oil slightly warm to the lowest temperature, just so that the coconut oil is dissolved
2. In your Ninja blender mix almond milk with oil, dates, banana and cocoa powder
3. Pour into a pan and add chia seeds, stir, leave 20 minutes to absorb, and in the meantime mix once again
