Ingredients:
1 cup stemmed kale
1 cup skim milk
1 sliced frozen banana
1/2 green apple, cut into chunks
1/2 pear, cut into chunks
1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon flax seed meal
1 tablespoon wheat germ
2 sprigs fresh parsley, or more to taste
Note: You can replace milk with any liquid
Directions:
Mix kale, milk, banana, apple, pear, oats, peanut butter, flax seed meal, wheat germ, and parsley in your Ninja blender until smooth.
