Previous Ninja Blender recipes have helped us make it through the day in much more energetic and organized way where we have taken the most out of the great vehicle we have been given to use and maintain – the body, by nurturing it with some powerful nutrients. Now its time for letting go of everything and enjoying some ‘me’ relaxing time before heading off into the kingdom of dreams.
Ingredients for 2-4 Servings
2 ripe bananas (by now we know all about 25 powerful reasons to eat bananas?)
2 cups chai tea (India’s most cherished tea. Why everyone should drink chai tea?)
1/2 cup soy milk (What is soya milk, is it good or bad, Columbia Health’s Alice answers)
3 cups ice cubes
Instructions for blending it all nicely and firmly
Place the Top Blades in the Pitcher and add all of the ingredients in the order listed.*
PULSE 3 times. Select Speed 10 and flip the switch to START. Blend for 45 seconds.

*If your UltimaTM has preset speeds, follow the first step and then do the following: PULSE 3 times. Set to HIGH and flip the switch to START. Blend for 45 seconds until smooth.
