Ingredients:
1 cup blackberries
1 cup stemmed and halved strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup low-fat vanilla soymilk
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 ice cubes
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in your Ninja blender and whip until smooth. If berries are not fully ripe, add a little honey or sugar substitute for sweetness.
