If your family or you eat a lot of mayonnaise, this is a great ninja sauce recipe for you. I’m not sure whether you know that with few little steps you can make a perfect mayonnaise in your Ninja blender.
1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 c. oil* (You can use any kind of oil in this recipe, I had olive oil so that is what I used)
1. First place the egg in your Ninja blender. Make sure your egg is room temperature first.
2. Add the vinegar. You can also use lemon juice instead of the vinegar, but I used vinegar.
Note: Add a little salt, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder, if desired.
3. Turn on your Ninja blender, and after a couple of seconds remove the center of the lid on the blender so you can slowly drizzle in the oil. Blend it another 30 seconds, and you will be delighted when you see a beautiful mayonnaise in your Ninja blender. It’s like from the store but tastes MUCH BETTER!

This homemade mayonnaise can be stored for about a month in the refrigerator.
