    Not at all like the packaged mixes, it’s still very tasty, and it has a little more tang.


    1 cup (225 g) low fat cottage cheese
    1/4 cup (25 g) scallions, chopped
    2 teaspoons (10 ml) lemon juice


    Combine all ingredients in your Ninja blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate for at least an hour to give the flavors time to develop.
