Get yourself up and running, boosting with energy from the early morning with powerful combination of vitamins and minerals  found in Morning Ninja Blender Recipe as I like to call it.

Ingredients for single Serve Cup

1 peeled apple, cut in half (one apple a day makes doctor away!)

1 peeled banana, cut in half ( Who would think there are at least 25 powerful reasons to eat bananas?)

1 tablespoon of almond butter (7 super reasons to love almond butter!)

                          1 scoop of whey protein powder (Dr. Oz on Power of Whey protein powder)

1 cup of almond milk (No cholestorol, no lactose. Vegans and vegaterians swear by it. And you can make your own almond milk with yet another Ninja Blender recipe)

5 to 6 ice cubes

Instructions for blending it all nicely and firmly

Place all of the ingredients into the Single Serve Cup in listed order

PULSE until smooth.
