- – 1 container (8 ounces) lemon fat-free yogurt
- – 1 cup unsweetened frozen, fresh or canned (drained) sliced peaches
- – 3/4 cup calcium-fortified orange juice
- – 3 tablespoons blueberries, if desired
1. Place yogurt, peaches and orange juice in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth
2. Pour mixture into glasses and garnish with blueberries
