    Soy milk and pomegranate juice combined with fresh blueberries for a daily dose of refreshment.

    Ingredients:

    1  cup frozen blueberries
    1/2  cup pomegranate juice
    1/2  cup soy milk

    Servings:  2

    Directions:

    1. In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.

    2. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
