    Another quick and lightweight ninja blender smoothie. It is easily and quickly digested and carbohydrates from a pear will give you energy. Also, this smoothie can be used for the first meal after training.


    150g of low-fat yogurt
    30g of whey protein vanilla
    150g of pears


    Put all ingredients in your Ninja blender and stir until it is smooth. Optionally, you can spice it up with a little cinnamon.
